How to Install Your eSIM

Setting up your esimLy eSIM takes just a few minutes. Follow these steps after you receive your confirmation email.

 

Step 1: Check your email

After your purchase, we send your eSIM to your email. The email includes a QR code and your plan details.

 

Step 2: Connect to Wi-Fi

Make sure your phone is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network before you begin installation.

 

Step 3: Scan the QR code

On iPhone, go to Settings, then Cellular or Mobile Data, then Add eSIM, and scan the QR code from your email. On Android, go to Settings, then Network and Internet, then SIMs, then Add eSIM, and scan the code.

 

Step 4: Label your plan

Give your new eSIM a label such as Travel so it is easy to recognize alongside your main SIM.

 

Step 5: Turn on data roaming for the eSIM

Select your esimLy eSIM as your data line and enable data roaming for that line. This is required for the plan to work abroad.

 

Step 6: Arrive and connect

When you reach your destination, your eSIM connects automatically to a local network. You are ready to go.
